2022-10-02	Ka*****	There wasn't issue when I use this app on 2020 but now: changing card for payment had to go through CS, no notification when meds being sent, I was listed as a new patient on the hospital side & the address wasn't updated. Why bother using this app when in the end we have to go to the hospital again?

2022-07-17	C.*****	I HAD to start using this app last year, because my doctor is in another city, it got worse each time. Last session I didn't get my medicine for two weeks because the app didn't notify the pharmacy. I only found out because I called the pharmacy asking why they haven't send my meds (learned to confirm to pharmacy directly after paying ever since). Their cs can only be contacted via WhatsApp YET their marketing called every month to offer cashbacks I didn't need insted of improving their service

2021-09-29	Ch*****	The apps keep crashing for many times, I cannot receive the verification code on both phone and email. I missed my regular online appointment because this kind of issues which I cannot login to the apps. The contact center not helping as well. Update your apps please!

2021-09-15	De*****	It keeps telling me, "error, please restart". Been contacting customer service to ask for a help. They told me to uninstall and reinstall, did that thousands times. Nothing is changed. Still "Error, please restart". It's very frustrating that I couldn't get a hold on my doctor because he only does online appointment on this app. It's been more than a month and nothing has changed. Please just fix this, don't ask me to contact CS if you're going to tell me to re-install again and again

2021-08-24	Jo*****	Too much trouble. Today I cannot Open the apps. It says that I should update the version. In Google Playstore, there is no button for UPDATE. Only UNINSTALL & OPEN I chose OPEN, it says again that I should UPDATE. I chose Uninstall then I INSTALL again. I finally repeat the same thing again & again
