WHERE THE DAY GOES

Your schedule is a timeline, not a list. Blocks are drawn to scale, so the gap between 3 pm and 8 pm looks like what it is. Drag a block to move it, pinch to fit the day on screen, tap a gap to add something.

Reminders land at the start and end of each block, and the start one can carry the list of what to bring. While a block runs, a countdown sits in your notification shade, so a glance is enough. Open the block and Focus Mode takes the whole screen: one ring, closing a minute at a time.

Already keep a calendar? Import it, and your events arrive with the colors they came with. Nothing is written back, and it runs only when you ask.

LOGGING IN THE WINDOW YOU HAVE

The urge to write something down lasts about five seconds. Pin what you eat or buy often and it's one tap after that. A check-in is two: did it happen, and how do you feel. The moods are faces with names, Rough to Great, so there's no score to optimize.

Or talk instead. Tap the mic on the journal page, talk as long as you want, and the app reads it back as things you might log. The oatmeal, the walk, the mood you mentioned in passing. Tap the ones that are right and wave off the rest. Nothing is saved until you tap it.

WHY SOME DAYS WORK

This is the part most apps skip. Log your days, and it looks at what lines up with what. Better moods on the days you moved. A finish rate that slips after a shorter night. Quiet days that line up with better moods.

Nothing surfaces before 21 days of real data. Every comparison gets corrected against the others, so a coincidence can't look like a finding. Each one shows the days behind it, how strong the signal is, and whether the timing can say which came first. It always says what it's waiting for.

Patterns are leads, not verdicts.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

Schedule and check-ins are always on. Onboarding asks what you'd like help with and switches on only that. Your first day isn't a setup screen.

- Meals, exercise, and spending. Pin the repeats, log in a tap
- Sleep. Log a night by hand, or read it from Health Connect. It only reads, and only if you connect it
- Brain dump. A blank page for whatever's loud
- Goals. One thing you're working toward, and the next small step
- Waiting list. Soon is what's pressing. Anytime is doable today, with no time attached to it
- People. The ones you keep meaning to text, and a note about the last conversation

Today, week, month, quarter and year views roll up everything you've logged, so patterns become visible instead of forgotten.

NOTHING TO BREAK

There's no streak. Instead, a quiet line traces how the last couple of weeks went. One log lifts it the same day, and after a few days away it says pick back up.

A block you didn't get to turns gray, never red. If your logging thins out, the app offers to make check-ins smaller for a while.

And every six weeks it changes a little: a new accent color, the mood faces redrawn, a different question at check-in. Nothing you've logged moves.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your entries live on your device. No account. No ads. No analytics on what you log. There is no server behind this app. Export everything as CSV or JSON, any time.

All of it, with no subscription. There's a tip jar in Settings if it helps you, and it unlocks nothing.

Full font scaling, TalkBack, and reduce-motion support. There's an optional fingerprint or PIN lock, though a check-in from a notification opens above it. That moment doesn't wait.
