2022-05-26	Jo*****	Very disappointed with this product and company. It seems now that they've made their money they have no interest in further developing this application. It takes so long for the App to resync with the device that it's just easier to pick up the device remote and use it instead. Can't pair the smart egg with multiple devices like a phone and tablet (nothing "smart" about that) Still no automation options. I'd love to be able to trigger a device to turn off at a set time and turn back on at a set time. No custom remote layout so you're stuck using that generic off-centered circle remote template where 60% of the buttons are unused for several of the remotes. (Not SMART) Also don't understand why it requires bluetooth to be on if it's using the WiFi through the dock. Would be nice to be able to send commands to it when not at home. I thought it would be like an IoT device where you could access/trigger it through any internet connection including the mobile carrier data connection. Overall this devices spends more time collecting dust than being used for its intended purpose because it's just not the useful in it's current underdeveloped state.
