Olympus is a local push-up tracker with a Greek mythology theme. Climb the 8-level ladder – from Civilian to Zeus – at your own pace, in one short session per day.

▸ 8-LEVEL LADDER
Civilian → Recruit → Hoplite → Spartan → Athlete → Hero → Demigod → Zeus.
Each level is a challenge tailored to your current strength, tested in a baseline test at the start.

▸ ONE SESSION A DAY
Short, intense, and effective. The app prevents repeat sessions within the same day – strength increases when you rest, not when you push yourself.

▸ ADAPTIVE LEVEL
3 sets → 2 sets → 1 set. The higher up the ladder, the fewer the reps, but the greater the mental load. For each level, you have a goal; if you achieve it, you move up. Didn't make it? Yes, today it's just maintenance training.

▸ HISTORY AND STREAK
Every completed session leaves a mark. The mythological monthly heatmap shows your consistency, and the consecutive days counter motivates you to keep going.

▸ DAILY REMINDER
Set the time for Olimp to signal you. Smart skip – if you did a session today, the notification won't appear. No spam.

▸ TECHNIQUE LIBRARY
Articles about standard, knee, diamond, and wide push-ups. Short, specific, with illustrations. Knowledge that actually helps.

▸ FINISH: ZEUS
When you reach the final level, a separate screen awaits you – a moment you won't forget.

Olimp is completely local. No registration, login, or account required. Your sessions, progress, and settings are saved only on your phone. We don't send them anywhere. We don't sell them. We don't analyze them.

Exception – anonymous crash reports (via Sentry) without your personal or training data help us fix bugs. You can disable this in your system settings.
