Ai4Recruit

AI4Recruit Candidate is the mobile companion app for candidates invited to complete a technical skills assessment as part of a job application process.

With this app, candidates can:
• Verify their identity with a one-time email code before starting
• Review clear instructions before beginning their assessment
• Complete timed, topic-based technical questions on their phone
• Take proctored assessments with webcam monitoring for integrity
• Download their signed offer letter as a PDF once an offer is extended

This app is intended solely for candidates who have received an assessment invitation from a recruiter using AI4Recruit. It is not a general job search or public assessment platform.

Proctoring and monitoring:
This is a proctored assessment experience. The app captures periodic webcam snapshots and monitors tab-switching or app-switching behaviour during the assessment to help maintain assessment integrity. Camera access is required to begin a proctored assessment.
