AI Time Tracker is a workforce attendance and time-tracking app for companies that need an accurate record of when their people worked.

Employees clock in and out from their own phones. Each punch can be verified using face verification and, where required, location verification — helping businesses maintain reliable attendance records for payroll and workforce management.

WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO:

FACE VERIFICATION:
The camera automatically helps position the employee and captures a photo when correctly framed. The captured image is checked against the reference image enrolled by an administrator, helping prevent buddy punching.

Face detection runs directly on the employee's phone. The camera preview is not continuously transmitted from the device.

LOCATION — ONLY AT THE PUNCH:
When required by the company, AI Time Tracker records location at the moment of a check-in, check-out or break action.

There is no background location tracking, route history, movement profiling, or background location permission. Location is used only for attendance events.

They can create employee accounts, enrol employees for face verification, upload reference photos, manage departments and designations, configure shifts and attendance rules, publish payslips, review flagged exceptions, and correct attendance records.

Corrections are recorded while preserving the original entry, helping maintain a complete audit trail.

WHO IT'S FOR:
AI Time Tracker is designed for businesses and organisations where accurate working-hour records matter, including offices, retail, field teams, construction, manufacturing, logistics, clinics, call centres, BPO operations and other workforce-based organisations.

EMPLOYER ACCOUNT REQUIRED:
AI Time Tracker is a business workforce application and cannot be used independently. There is no public sign-up or self-registration.

Employee accounts are created by an employer's administrator, who provides the employee with their credentials.
