Very useful quick reference guide to crop removal. Interesting to note that crop removal statistics require the actual elements being available for the crop. 10 tonnes of corn grown in potassium deficient soils won't have the Potassium in the grain (and therefore the grain will be deficient in potassium mineral when fed to livestock).... we do need to understand that the suggested replacement values are for produce that has been grown in soils containing the correct minerals and availability.
