Disappointed I had a room booked for a few months. Then when I went to pay it said something went wrong, and lo and behold my booking was canceled. I'll NEVER use this app again

For staying in Nainital, I have booked hotel (Hotel Pinaki Inn) from the App. and paid full. After some time they call back for cancellation as the hotel is denying due to unavailability of rooms. But I have not get my refund back. Important fact is that the hotel which I have mentioned is not physical available in Nainital it is located in Chattisgarh. No any customer support.. fully fraud.
