myAPAN

myAPAN is a private field-operations app for authorised debt-collection
field officers in Malaysia. The app is provided by Agile Advance Sdn. Bhd.
to officers working under contracted debt collection agencies (DCAs)
performing collection, inspection, and verification work on behalf of
utility companies, finance companies, and other principals.

This app is NOT a consumer product. Accounts are provisioned by your
employer or assigning DCA. There is no public sign-up — if you do not
have credentials issued by your organisation, this app is not for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Receive your daily assignments — addresses, account details, and
work instructions delivered straight to your phone.
• Capture proof-of-visit photos with automatic time, date, and GPS
geo-tagging burned into each image.
• Record visit outcomes — payment received, occupant met, premise
status, contact attempts, and verification notes.
• View your route on a map and check off stops as you complete them.
• Work offline in low-signal areas — captured work is queued locally
and syncs to the server once connectivity returns.
• Receive push notifications for new assignments, schedule changes,
and important alerts from your team.

• High-contrast UI optimised for readability in direct sunlight.
• Large tap targets for one-handed use while on the move.
• Photos are compressed but kept clearly legible for record-keeping.
• Crash recovery — never lose a captured photo or visit record.

DATA, PRIVACY, AND PERMISSIONS
myAPAN requests the following permissions, each used only for the work
described:
• Camera — to capture inspection and proof-of-visit photos.
• Photos / Media — to save and read your captured images.
• Precise location — to geo-tag photos and confirm visits at the
assigned address.
• Notifications — to deliver job assignments and alerts.

The app does NOT access your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone,
or browsing history. It does not display advertising and does not sell
your data.

Photos and visit records are uploaded to a private cloud bucket
(Singapore region) and delivered only to the DCA or
organisation that assigned your work, plus their end principal where
applicable.
