Vaccination information like date, time, charge and others. 5. Vaccination schedule and completed chart. 6. Advance preparation of test if any. 7. Billing information. 8. Warning of any diseases. 9. Medicine price list with if any discount 10. Schedule date of further visit

2023-02-09	Mo*****	The best hospital in Bangladesh, it were great experience. During my wife admitted. The environment inside the hospital is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, I was 12 days in hospital alone with my wife, she was under observation about her kidney disease. Especially Ms. Molly ( appo) she always helps us very wonderfully. Thank you very much all the staff in hospital.
