Omni

Omni is the official app for accessing the Omni platform on your mobile phone or tablet.

Designed for teams that serve customers via messaging, it brings together conversations, registrations, and the history of each contact in one place — the same CRM your team already uses on their computer, now in the palm of their hand.

IMPORTANT: This is a corporate application. Access requires an active account on the Omni platform, provided by your company. It is not possible to create an account through the app.

MAIN FEATURES
• Chat support with your contacts
• Sending photos, videos, audios, and documents directly from the conversation
• Photo capture and audio recording within the app
• Registration and history of each customer
• Opening phone, email, and WhatsApp with one tap
• Automatic notification when the device is offline
• Screen refresh by swiping down

PERMISSIONS
• Camera and microphone: requested only when you use the photo or audio feature in the chat. You can refuse and continue using the rest of the app normally.

• Files: The app uses the system's own file selector and only receives the file you choose. There is no access to your gallery or documents.

• The app does not access location, contacts, calendar, or call history.
