ISA Virtual Advisor was implemented to help you resolve doubts and meet the requirements related to the processes of each group of the Administrative and Financial Directorate of SENA in real time, with the information that is stored in its database. The ChatBot ISA is an innovative technological tool, which acts as an automated assistant for the attention and advice of the SENA community, through virtual channels (chat on the Web portal and Mobile Application); with the possibility of transferring complex questions to our professionals from the Administrative and Financial Management through the tool's internal email. The system works as a conversation window that understands questions asked by users in natural language, and provides timely answers from a specially designed knowledge base. It provides intelligent management of queries, availability 24h a day, 7 days a week, simultaneous attention to hundreds of users, allowing us to provide more satisfying attention to common and repetitive queries.
