2019-08-31	A *****	App出錯比較多, CS星期一至五有service但星期六日CS會比較慢同亂, 最好星期一至五先問。如果加津貼最好問清楚, 因為我見到津貼話係一次性但其實之後每一次都會on top加左津貼嘅錢。

But reason why i gave low rate is because my cleaner didnt get paid promptly by Helpergo, althought the money is withdrawn from my bank account immediately after each cleaning session. She got paid only after the first 2, but not for the next 3 sessions - Weird thing is, when she complaints,she got kicked out of the apps for fews days, before coming back. Helpergo keeps appologizing but till now she hasnt got paid!!!!
