2026-06-16	Ca*****	worked once, ended up force closing the app during setup because I was troubleshooting something unrelated. then every subsequent attempt resulted in an error saying that the device is running in some sort of user mode. looked it up and one of the only solutions to fix their problem was to reset the phone.
