Afriteck Rent Agents Workspace (ARAW) is a role-based property management and rental operations app built for the full rental ecosystem. It gives agents, tenants, landlords, and even guests their own tailored interface inside one connected workspace.
For agents, the app works as an operational control center for managing the rental business end to end. Agent users can manage staff, properties, units, landlords, and tenants; allocate units; handle tenant onboarding and vacating; manage maintenance requests and vendors; track billing and payments; oversee financials across banking, cash, landlord settlements, agent commissions, expenses, deposits, and refund requests; review reports such as rent collection, outstanding rent, maintenance costs, and tenant statements; handle support tickets; communicate through individual chats and broadcast messaging; and monitor system logs.
For tenants, the app provides a self-service resident portal. Tenants can view their dashboard, active leases, bills, payment history, and account status; track deposit records and related transactions; submit and follow up on maintenance requests; open support tickets; access property-related files; and communicate with management through in-app chat. This helps tenants stay informed, reduce manual follow-up, and manage their rental obligations in one place.
For landlords, the app offers a property owner portal focused on visibility and oversight. Landlords can view dashboards, monitor their properties, track maintenance activity, review settlements and settlement ledgers, submit support requests, and communicate through chat. The landlord experience is designed to keep owners updated on property performance and operational activity without exposing internal agent-only tools.
The guest interface extends the platform beyond logged-in users. From the login page, visitors can continue as guests to browse available rental listings without signing in. Guests can filter listings, open property details, review available units, save favorites, and subscribe to vacancy notifications for properties or units they care about. The app also supports unsubscribing from vacancy alerts, making the guest flow useful for lead generation and ongoing listing discovery.
Across the platform, ARAW includes real-time communication and notification features, multilingual support in English and Swahili, responsive layouts for different screen sizes, password recovery flows, multi-factor authentication support, and push/local notification handling. Overall, the app is a unified rental workspace that combines property marketing, tenant service, landlord visibility, and agency operations in one system.
