Afrimy Pro: Rent Out Property

Afrimy Pro is the app for landlords and agencies in Senegal. List your properties, receive requests from verified tenants, sign leases and follow your rent payments from your phone.

LIST WITHOUT PAYING UPFRONT
• Listing is free: your properties go live at no entry cost.
• Create a listing in minutes — photos, description, amenities, location on the map.
• Get a price recommendation based on comparable properties in your neighbourhood.
• Manage your rates and availability from the calendar.

RECEIVE SERIOUS ENQUIRIES
• Requests arrive in one place, with the tenant's profile and verification status.
• Accept or decline a viewing, or offer another time slot.
• Message tenants without sharing your personal phone number.
• Tenants are verified by identity document before they can book.

SIGN AND MANAGE YOUR LEASES
• The lease is generated, time-stamped and signed electronically in the app.
• Complete the move-in and move-out inventory with photos, in minutes.
• All your contracts and active leases stay in one place.
• Scan an existing paper lease to bring it into the app.

COLLECT RENT AND TRACK INCOME
• Rent is paid with Wave or Orange Money, and you see each payment arrive.
• Follow due dates, arrears and reminders without keeping a paper ledger.
• Request a payout of your income to your mobile money account.
• Consolidated dashboard: occupancy, income for the month, upcoming due dates.

DELEGATE WITHOUT HANDING OVER EVERYTHING
• Add co-hosts with distinct roles: manager, cleaning, accountant.
• Each one sees what concerns them, and nothing else.
• Built for agencies and for owners managing from abroad.

WHAT REASSURES YOUR TENANTS
• The deposit is held in escrow until the move-out inventory is done.
• If there is a disagreement, a mediation team decides on the evidence.
• Reviews come from tenants who actually stayed.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Export your data at any time from your settings.
• Delete your account in the app or at afrimy.com/suppression-compte.
