Afilago Flex

Afilago Flex is the app for riders delivering for Afilago, Ghana's online marketplace. Go online, accept the deliveries you want, follow the route, hand over the parcel, and watch your earnings add up.

Every job in Flex is a real order that a customer has already paid for. You are not chasing anyone for money and you are not negotiating a price at the door. Pick it up, deliver it, get paid.

GO ONLINE WHEN YOU WANT TO WORK
• One switch puts you on duty and starts sending you delivery offers
• Go offline any time — no shift to book, no penalty for stopping
• Deliveries are offered to riders near the pickup

EVERY OFFER, IN FULL, BEFORE YOU ACCEPT
• See the pickup, the drop-off and what the delivery pays
• A countdown tells you exactly how long you have to decide
• A sound and a vibration reach you even with the phone in your pocket
• Decline what does not suit you

FIND IT WITHOUT GUESSING
• Turn-by-turn navigation to the shop, then to the customer
• The seller's pickup instructions, so you know which door to use
• Call the customer from inside the app when you arrive

PROVE THE JOB IS DONE
• Take a proof-of-delivery photo at handover
• Confirm the customer's delivery code so there is no argument later

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE EARNED
• Today's deliveries and today's earnings on the home screen
• A full history of every delivery you have completed
• Your completion rate and rating, so you can see how you are doing
• Paid to your bank account or Mobile Money

GETTING STARTED
Create an account, then tell us about yourself and your vehicle — your licence, your ID, your insurance and your plate number. Our team reviews it, and once you are verified you can go online and start accepting deliveries. You can also sign up at flex.afilago.com and use the same account in the app.

LOCATION
Flex uses your location, including while the app is in the background, so customers and sellers can follow their delivery on a map and so we can offer you jobs that are close to you. Location is only collected while you are online or on a delivery — never when you are offline. Android shows a notification the whole time it is happening. You can turn location off at any time in your phone's settings, though you will not be able to take deliveries without it. Our privacy policy is at https://flex.afilago.com/privacy.

You will need a smartphone, a valid driving licence and a vehicle you are insured to ride or drive.
