The affirmations are encouraging and supportive, and I appreciate that she often has a section at the start validating how a listener seeking out that episode may be feeling. I listen while meditating in the evenings, and if I'm feeling anxious throughout the day, also will listen then. I love that it has a search function and also the episodes are split into categories to make it easy to find one that matches how you feel.

2021-03-19	Ke*****	I was listening to these affirmations on Spotify, but I like using the app so I can go straight to what I need and not get distracted. Josie's voice is soothing and the affirmations are great and the perfect length to get my day started. Sorry Josie, but I pretty much always skip past the ads to the affirmation itself. Thanks for keeping the fast forward option.

2021-01-21	Ts*****	If you're using the non paid version there will be a whole 3 min long ad in the beginning before the actual podcast starts. And you can't skip this ad. So it kinda ruins the listening experience. Also certain episodes, she speaks so slow. Sometimes it's just way too slow. I had to uninstall. I recommended affirmation babe on spotify if you're looking for more elevating affirmation talks.

There are so many options based on what you are feeling. I can always find a good episode that can help with what ever I'm dealing with at the moment.
