2026-08-11	He*****	Customer service didn't help whatsoever. I received a faulty camera from cam tag, tried to return it after 6 attempts and no response. I then opened a dispute with affirm.They reviewed my evidence and declined.My case, that there was not enough evidence.The camera will not turn on will not work, will not connect to internet will not connect to the app.There is no way to make it functional.And I will not pay for something that does not work.And hasn't worked since I got it. I reported to BBB.

2026-08-09	Ni*****	Amazon and Affirm ruined my Prime day by cancelling my order twice making me apply through Amazon with Affirm even though I was already approved through Affirm app. Then, each time I had to reapply, the available credit went down and the interest went up. In the end, I was charged twice and on the third time, Affirm was rejected and my backup payment credit card was used. The fourth time, I now have a high interest rate and had to make multiple trips to make returns for items ordered twice.
