Useless app in Android. IOS version is much better and useful. Does not show my upcoming tasks on the task menu. Nothing works.

UPDATED: I love just being able to monitor if I need to go mobile for an hour or two. This team is also very responsive and I love thag. [Patched:There is a bug in assigning tickets ]. I wish we could have more sort options and use our email templates in the app.
