User Reviews

Users appreciate the app's large user base and simple interface, particularly when utilizing premium features. However, the app suffers from frequent bugs, login problems, slow performance, and poor search accuracy. Many find the photo verification inadequate, and fake profiles are common. The free version offers limited functionality, and strict photo rules hinder user expression. Overall, the app works but lacks polish and features compared to competitors like Tinder or Bumble.

The app provides access to a large number of profiles, including many attractive users.
The core matching and messaging features work adequately for paid users.
The interface is relatively simple and straightforward to use.
Premium subscription offers additional features that some users find worth the price.
The app is a mobile extension of the Randivonal website, which some users are already familiar with.

Cons

Numerous users experience issues with logging in and app crashes.
The search filters often return inaccurate or irrelevant results, including distant locations beyond set radius.
Many users report the presence of fake profiles and ineffective photo verification processes.
The app is slow or unresponsive during peak times, with frequent loading problems.
The free version is very limited, making it essentially unusable without paying.
There are multiple bugs such as lost search preferences, duplicated profiles, and problematic notifications.
Photo upload rules are strict and some find them irrational, limiting user engagement.
Profile editing options are either missing or difficult to use, particularly the introduction section.
