Utility Staff is a mobile field-operations app built for staff of a municipal/utility organization to manage citizen complaints and service issues from the field.

Core purpose
The app enables field staff to log, locate, and resolve utility complaints (e.g., infrastructure or service issues) using GPS-tagged, photo-supported reports, and to track each issue through its resolution lifecycle.

Key Features:
Interactive Issue Map — View all assigned complaints plotted on a live map (satellite or standard view), with your current GPS location shown in real time.
Issue Dashboard — See at-a-glance counts of resolved and unresolved issues, and drill into full issue lists filtered by status (All / Resolved / Unresolved).
Location-Verified Reporting — Report submission is only enabled when you are physically within range of the complaint location, ensuring on-site verification before an issue can be marked resolved.
In-App Camera & Photo Evidence — Capture required photos directly within the app (no gallery uploads) as proof of completed work, attached to each resolution report.
Status Management — Update a complaint's status (e.g., Assigned → Pending → In Progress → Resolved) and add written remarks describing the work performed.
Complaint Detail View — Review full details of each assigned complaint, including submission time, location, and history.
Staff Profile — View and manage your account/profile information.
Help & Support — Access in-app support resources.
Secure Login — Staff sign in with company-issued credentials to access only their assigned work.

Who it's for:
This app is intended for use by authorized field staff of utility service providers to receive, action, and close out customer service complaints as part of their daily operations. It is not a public-facing or consumer app.

Permissions used:
Location (GPS) — required to display your position on the map and to verify you are on-site before allowing a complaint to be marked resolved.
Camera — required to capture photo evidence of completed repair/service work.
