AesyBite Discover

Sleep bruxism is a masticatory muscle activity occurring during sleep, primarily characterized by the grinding and clenching of teeth.
It is one of the most common sleep-related disorders.
The AesyBite Discover mobile app can display sleep bruxism data recorded by the AesyBite Discover oral appliance and show bruxism metrics and trends. The app also allow users to enter journal annotations to support lifestyle habit tracking, including exercise, stress, and alcohol consumption.
The AesyBite Discover mobile app is not a medical device by itself.

The app is subdivided in the following five main sections:
The Home section features a button to start and stop the sleep recordings and displays data from the most recent recorded night, including bruxism metrics and Bruxism Distribution plot(s).
The Trends section allows the user to review the historical trends of bruxism metrics over one-week, one-month or one-year timeframes. The average values of the metrics over the selected timeframe are displayed, as well as plots which track their evolution over time.
The Journal section allows the user to scroll through daily recordings. For each recording, the Bruxism Distribution plot is provided, as well as icons summarizing the Annotations entries for that day. By tapping on the edit icons, you can enter and edit them, answering guided questions through preset buttons.
The Information section allows the user to review the mobile app label, the instructions for use and the use terms and conditions.
The Device section displays information about the last Oral Appliance synchronized to the mobile app, including: model, serial number and firmware version.
