AeroCal

AeroCal is a dedicated, single-purpose unit converter and flight calculator designed specifically for pilots, aviation engineers, and aviation students. It operates entirely offline, making it reliable for use on the flight deck, in remote areas, or inside hangars.

Features and Functions:

- ALTITUDE & PRESSURE CONVERSIONS: Convert altitude values ​​between feet (ft) and meters (m) in real-time. Convert barometric altimeter pressure settings between hectopascals (hPa) / millibars (mb) and inches of mercury (inHg).
- SPEED & MACH TRANSFORMER: Convert aircraft velocities between knots (kt) and kilometers per hour (km/h). Refine Mach speed conversions by manually inputting ambient temperatures for temperature-compensated speed of sound calculations. Displays flight regime categories (Subsonic, Transonic, Supersonic, Hypersonic) dynamically.
- FUEL WEIGHT-TO-VOLUME CALCULATOR: Calculate aviation fuel quantity conversions between volume (Liters, US Gallons) and weight (Kilograms, Pounds). Select preset densities for Jet A-1 (0.804 kg/L) and Avgas 100LL (0.721 kg/L), or input custom density values.
- TEMPERATURE & ISA DEVIATION: Convert temperatures between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Input pressure altitude to compute standard International Standard Atmosphere (ISA) temperature at that level and read the actual temperature deviation (e.g., ISA +5°C).
- FLIGHT RECORD LOG (HISTORY): Automatically save the last 10 calculations in an offline database. Restore all calculation inputs back into active panels with a single tap, or clear entries individually and in bulk.
- CONSTANTS LIBRARY (REFERENCES): Read static conversion multipliers, standard atmospheric pressure tables, and mathematical formulas for sound velocity and lapse rates.
- COCKPIT ILLUMINATION PRESETS: Toggle between Amber Cockpit, Emerald Phosphor, and Infrared Night-Vision themes to adapt the visual lighting to night operations or flight deck simulation.
- OFFLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION: Embedded privacy policy text confirms zero network connectivity, zero diagnostic data transmission, and zero user telemetry storage outside the local sandbox.
