Portal is the official mobile companion to the Portal business platform by Aepix. It brings your everyday work tasks out of the office and into the field, so your team stays productive wherever the job takes them.

Portal connects securely to your organization's Portal server. You'll need an account provided by your company to sign in.

Track who's on site, in real time, with fast QR-badge scanning built for the field:
• Scan employee badges to check workers in and out in seconds
• Hand-pick workers from your roster when a badge isn't handy
• Move workers between sites with a simple transfer — travel time is accounted for automatically
• Capture location with each scan for accurate site records
• Works fully offline — check-ins are saved on the device and sync automatically the moment you're back online, so a weak signal never slows the crew down
