I’ve forgotten my PIN for cash withdrawals. As the cardholder, I should be able to manage this myself, but unfortunately, the process is complicated. I need to visit AEON Bank with my passport or ID to reset the PIN, and it will take about 10 days. This is quite inconvenient. Could you suggest a more convenient solution?
