MiFactu

MIFactu is a private application for administrative management and electronic document issuance, designed for independent professionals, consultants, and service providers who want to organize their invoicing processes digitally.

The application allows users to upload client, service, and document data, calculate amounts and taxes, and generate digital files for administrative and commercial use.

MIFactu does not represent, belong to, or is affiliated with any government entity, including the National Directorate of Tax Revenue (DNIT), the SET (Tax Administration Service), or the SIFEN/e-Kuatia system.

Main Features

Electronic Document Management: The application allows users to prepare, organize, and issue electronic documents according to the data uploaded and the configurations available on the platform.

Customer and Service Management:
Includes a module for registering recurring customers and a service catalog with pre-set prices, simplifying data entry when preparing a document.

Calculation Automation:
The system automatically calculates amounts, taxes, and totals, helping to reduce manual errors in document preparation.

Digital Distribution:
Once the document is generated, the application allows you to create a PDF file to share with the customer via digital channels such as email or instant messaging.
