ADV Click

ADV.Click MY is the official mobile app for operators and collaborators using the ADV.click platform. It transforms your phone into a CRM tool: after a call, sync the contact as a lead, view daily KPIs, and access your profile's MY portal—all in a single session.

The app is reserved for users already authorized by the client company or agency. It does not allow self-registration: credentials issued by the tenant are required.

Secure access • Login with Identifier (profile slug) + email and password • QR code scan from MY Settings for quick onboarding on new devices • Persistent session with mobile token (up to 180 days) • Full logout with CRM session closure

WHO IS THE APP FOR?

ADV.Click MY is designed for sales teams, call centers, marketing agencies, and companies that manage leads and customers on ADV.click. Each agent accesses their own profile (e.g., yourcompany.my.adv.click).

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• HTTPS connections only • No advertising tracking, no advertising ID • Operational data remains in the tenant's CRM on the ADV.click infrastructure • Sensitive permissions (call log, contacts, camera) requested only when needed and often optional • We do not use microphone, GPS location, or SMS messages
