The app provides clear instructions on the types of photos to submit, including the front view of the house, key interior features, the surrounding environment, and details of the building's condition. The system ensures each upload meets technical standards such as file size, image format, and visual clarity. Once photos are received, the app runs an automatic check to identify irrelevant, duplicate, or low-quality photos that are not suitable for processing.
