Horrible app! I've been trying for months to get it to work. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Undoing my battery and restarting it. I've tried everything everyone has recommended and this just doesn't work!

I see people are having lot of issues below. I don't have any of these issues, but I wish the app would save the volume setting for each side and don't have to reconfigure it every day. Not sure why this feature is not already there!
