Overall a capable tool when it works, but reliability and ease of onboarding remain common pain points.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate with a friendly UI.
Rich feature set with easy access to router settings and network controls.
Strong device visibility and real-time status (see devices, connections, and bandwidth).
Effective for managing multi-node Adtran networks (e.g., four-node setups) and network maintenance.
Good integration with Adtran hardware and generally reliable when it works.

Cons

Sign-in and account creation issues (can't create account, sign-in errors).
Frequent stability problems and crashes (crashes on timeout, app closes unexpectedly).
Connectivity problems with routers/wifi (can't connect to router or existing networks).
QR code scanning sometimes fails.

Update: Now working and able to access. Seems pretty good, lots of features and easier to navigate and use over the webpage. Will test further and maybe update to 5 stars. Original review: Does not work. I have pre existing WiFi network and this app will not connect to the router even though select connect to existing network. I have changed the SSID from supplied but surely this should be smart enough not to care about that??
