Inroute Tourism

Direct communication application with Webfleet Solutions and Inroute technologies.
It is an application focused on all those fleets of trucks that are dedicated to the sale of tourist trips. Providing these services to the general public or to companies and educational institutions. The application has direct communication with the Inroute Portal, so it is essential to have this service to work. It allows operators to receive notifications to their cell phone automatically.

Informing you of the following:

Travel Assignment
Cancellation of trips
 Travel reminder hours before leaving
 Messages from the Webfleet Solutions platform. (The messages are narrated by the cell phone, to prevent the operator from having to read them while driving.) Direct communication with their control and monitoring center.

In addition to the messages, the application will allow the operator to know the following information:

 Detailed trip information
-Information of place of beginning and end of departure, as well as of all the locations to which they will be reached.
-Indication of the route to follow according to their locations.
-Registration of start and arrival at each location.
-Registration and control of per diem.
 Registration of events, which allows the center to control and monitor any event presented during the trip, such as road problems (street closures due to demonstration, repair), among others.
 Registration of inspection of the bus, which allows to know the state in which it is before going on a trip.

Finally, the app has a travel query, which gives information on all trips made by the operator and these are completed within a range of dates.
All information generated from the application is displayed on the Inroute portal.
