ADIRAJ ADA is an enterprise workforce management application developed by Soil Soft Technologies Private Limited for ADIRAJ Group and its associated companies.

The application is designed for authorized employees, supervisors, HR personnel and field staff to manage workforce activities and employee-related operations.

ADA provides the following features:

Employee Management
Manage employee profiles, employment information, worksite assignments and workforce records.

Attendance
Employees can check in and check out at their assigned work locations. Location verification is used during attendance to confirm presence at the designated worksite.

Leave Management
Employees can submit leave requests and authorized supervisors or HR personnel can review and manage them.

Workforce Management
Supervisors and authorized management users can view workforce information relevant to their responsibilities and manage day-to-day workforce activities.

Recruitment and Onboarding
Support recruitment activities, candidate information, employee onboarding and collection of required employment information and documents.

Employee Documents
Authorized users can upload and manage employment, identity and other required documents through the application.

PPE Management
Manage the issue and tracking of personal protective equipment for employees and workers.

Statutory Compliance
Support workforce processes related to provident fund, ESIC, apprenticeship and other employment and labour compliance requirements.

Worksite Management
Manage employee assignments and workforce information across factories, sites and locations.

Secure Access
Access to the application is controlled through employer-managed accounts and role-based permissions. Only authorized users can access the relevant workforce information.

Document Scanning
ADA provides document scanning and OCR functionality to help users capture information from documents and reduce manual data entry.

Enterprise Application
ADA is intended for authorized employees, supervisors, HR personnel, field staff and management of ADIRAJ Group and its associated companies. Employee accounts are created and managed through the organization's employment or enterprise processes.

The application is not intended for general public use.
