Smart Pick

Smart Pick is a specialized Chrome extension designed for MSIL Workshop associates to streamline daily vehicle Pickup and Drop processes. Key features include capturing internal and external inventory details, vehicle images, fuel data, and repair demands via in-app Smart Talk. The app allows easy approval through digital signatures and sends Pickup and Drop forms directly to customers via email.

The mobile interface presents summary details of all assigned, due, and completed tasks for drivers. Live tracking enables Customer Care Managers (CCMs) to monitor driver movements in real time during pickup and drop activities. Additional functionalities include displaying incoming driver details with license and ID proofs, communication features such as call and pickup location updates for customers, and progress tracking with a stage-wise progress bar. Customers receive real-time SMS notifications to stay updated on their vehicle's status throughout the process.
