This is a simulation game where you become the owner of a skyscraper and build your own building within a cross-section diagram.

【What kind of game is it?】

The screen displays a cross-section diagram of a building cut horizontally.
You first lay the floors, then place offices and restaurants on them, and transport people up and down using elevators.

People come to work, eat, and stay overnight.

They move to specific places at specific times.

Buildings that can efficiently manage this flow will see an increase in people and a rise in their rating, while buildings that cannot manage it will see people leave.

Your initial capital is 2 million yen. Even if you run out of funds, you won't go bankrupt (you just won't be able to build anything new), so
you can rebuild at your own pace.

【How to play】

1. Build floors
First, you build "floors." Tenants can only be placed on floors. Construction costs increase with higher floors.

2. Place tenants
Offices and condominiums generate rent quarterly.

Fast food restaurants and shops calculate their revenue as "actual number of customers × average customer spending."

Since the number of customers is calculated from simulated foot traffic,
placing a store in a location inaccessible to people will not generate profit.

3. Using Elevators
Stairs only allow movement of one floor up or down. Anything beyond that requires an elevator.
One elevator can handle up to 30 floors and can carry a maximum of 8 elevator cars.
Tapping the shaft opens the operation settings, allowing you to turn stopping floors on/off and set waiting floors.
To extend to even higher floors, you need a high-speed elevator, unlocked at ★4.

4. Identifying and Fixing Congestion
A badge indicating the number of people waiting will appear in congested areas.
Problems occurring off-screen are indicated by red markers on the minimap on the far right.
People who are kept waiting for extended periods become stressed, and if this continues, tenants will leave.

【Time Progression】

One hour in real time equals one day in the game (one year is 28 days = 4 seasons x 7 days).

The building continues to operate even when the app is closed, and when you open it again, it will report a summary of events that occurred while you were away.

The time progresses up to a maximum of 30 days.

For a more leisurely play experience, you can choose from 5 speed settings:

1x (Observe) / 2x (Observe while playing) / 6x (Build) / 20x (Fill in) / 60x (Skip)

If you place a manager's office (which can be built at ★2), the manager will operate the building while you are away.

The manager's skills improve with experience, but they will still fall slightly short when you are directly controlling the building.

【Weather and Disasters】

The weather consists of six types: sunny, cloudy, rainy, stormy, foggy, and snowy, and changes daily.

On rainy days, fewer people go outside, so the food and beverage business inside the building is profitable, but the elevators become crowded.

There are three types of disasters: fire, power outage, and flooding. There are countermeasures for each.

* Fire → Security Room (No damage if security guards can reach the scene)
* Power Outage → Emergency Generator (Downtime is halved)
* Flooding → Waterproof Doors (Prevents flooding into the basement)

The weather forecast for the next day is available the night before, so there is always time to prepare.

If something happens while you are away, you will be notified.

[Goal]

As the population increases, your rating (★) will rise, and more facilities will become available.

Building is possible up to 100 floors above ground and 10 floors underground.

When you build a cathedral on the top floor and hold a wedding, you reach "TOWER" and the ending.

・Designed for vertical smartphone use only
・Pinch to zoom, drag to move up, down, left, and right
・Construction is a two-step process: decide where to place it, then press the confirm button (to prevent accidental taps)
・Frequently used buttons are grouped on the bottom half of the screen for one-handed operation
