Absolutely pathetic experience with Adda Times. I paid ₹299 for a 3 month subscription, but even after the payment was deducted successfully, the app still keeps asking me to subscribe again. It has been more than an hour and I still cannot watch any content. Customer support is completely useless. The support email does not work, the contact number gets no response, and even the Google contact details are outdated because that person has already left the company. Very unprofessional service.
