This is our new ADC@Home app that makes tracking your blood pressure simple and personal. It connects to ADC blood pressure devices and gives you a clear picture of your heart health over time right from your Android phone.

Here's what you can do with it:

Track your readings — Log blood pressure and pulse manually or sync directly from an ADC device
See your trends — Interactive charts show how your numbers look over the past week, month, or quarter
Set weekly goals — Choose a readings-per-week target, track your progress with a calendar view, and build streaks as you hit your goal week after week
Understand your numbers — Built-in tips and AHA-based color coding help you know where you stand
Support the whole family — Multiple profiles so everyone in the household can track separately
Set reminders — So you never forget to check in on your health
Home screen widget — See your goal progress at a glance without opening the app

We're sharing this beta with a small group of friends and family first because your honest feedback matters more than anything. There's no pressure use
