Adblocker VPN

Adblocker VPN filters advertising and tracking domains with on-device DNS using the Android local VPN API. Traffic is not sent through our servers. This is not a remote VPN for location change.

How it works
• Uses Android VPN permission only to filter DNS on your device
• Matches domain names against a blocklist and answers NXDOMAIN locally
• Forwards allowed DNS queries to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1
• Optional StevenBlack hosts updates, or bundled list only

• DNS filtering of ad and tracker hostnames for apps that load them from separate domains

Limits
• Works best when apps use standard DNS
• Apps that use Private DNS (DoH), encrypted DNS, or same-domain ads may still show ads
• Complete ad removal in every app is not guaranteed

• No account required
• Filtering runs on your device
• Allowed DNS domain names are sent to Cloudflare while VPN is on
