2024-11-17	al*****	A gazillion services NOT in alphabetical order, made worse by search function that does not work. Routes and stops don't really load unless you have Wi-Fi, which defeats the purpose of an app like this. This is trash.

2024-11-16	Me*****	Feedback doesn't work on App. I can't figure out how to search for additional routes in the Atlanta area. So I wanted to post something to the developers in the App and the feedback button does nothing. I am a huge public transportation fan and would like to use this more.

2024-11-09	jo*****	Aweful. Half the time it won't even load. Plus the company using it doesn't match their trackers to the routes so the maps when they will load make no sense. Easier to walk half mile up a mountain, no exaggeration.

2024-09-18	Sn*****	The shuttle did not stop at the designated stop at all and skipped 2 stops. The 4:20 bus to Norwood depot did not pass and the app still showed departed. I was at the stop 15mins prior. A few buses don't follow the schedule and the driver informed it has changed, the timing on the app is still the same.

2024-05-10	ro*****	This app is horrible. It shows just the map of the shuttle it's SUPPOSED to be tracking but the stops that flash below in the window are for a total different state and transit system. I know people as well as I have contacted them but they just won't fix it. Smh

2023-05-31	Sh*****	Can't get to shuttle tracker readily. Can't find shuttle parking lot that leads to 200 south 250 east training site. Not easy to navigate. Search box also doesn't work at all. Uninstalling app now as is not useful at all.

2023-05-31	Te*****	Often the buses go off the grid. Calling the station house when a driver refuses to stop or is a no show does no good. You should be able to use the app to make a reservation for pickup and drop off in the outter areas. Also, it would be great if we could click on our destination and the closest bus route and schedule pop up.

2022-06-29	Da*****	Useless. App and parking company. App shows shuttle stops in six different places that it doesn't. We eventually caught driver's attention, he waved us down the road a bit, and per the tracking, just drove off. Used to use 405 all the time, but this is the last time.

2022-04-07	St*****	It doesn't work. The routes it shows for my shuttle aren't even the correct routes, there's no notifications or tracking information. I don't know if this app worked better before or what but it is useless as a live tracker. Very disappointing
