2024-09-29	St*****	Subpar. Hassle when you must create multiple timesheets for the same week woth no way off seeing hours per day. I have to spend 15 minutes to an hour per week to ensure all my time is properly calculated. I've had instances where I work through the weekend and the app takes my Saturday and Sunday hours and puts them on Friday causing an issue of 32 hours on one day to be reported.

2022-02-21	Ro*****	Loaded with redundant features, disabled but still visible features, and accounting codes that NOBODY cares about, except that it generates an error preventing work orders from closing. The technician cannot generate a PO which just gives more for the office to navigate in this overly complicated system. I am sure there is a user of this software who thinks it is great, but that person is not in my office.
