ACTUAtimbra

ACTUAtimbra is the official app for tracking company employees' attendance using the ACTUApresenze system.

With ACTUAtimbra, you can clock in and out in three ways:
• GPS — automatically verifies that you are within the authorized work area
• NFC — hold your phone near the company tag to clock in
• Free access — clock in directly when needed

The app displays a real-time list of clockings and allows you to send requests for supporting documents (vacation, leave, etc.) to your manager.

PRIVACY AND LOCATION
GPS verification is used EXCLUSIVELY for GEO-LIMITATION: coordinates are NEVER stored or transmitted to servers. The app only verifies whether you are within the authorized area, not where you are.

Access is reserved for employees of ACTUApresenze client companies. Credentials are provided by the employer.
