2026-07-19	Sh*****	Pathetic app experience. Bought the Actofit Smartscale expecting seamless tracking but the app won't even let me login. Constant server errors, OTP never received, and WiFi login completely broken. Tried reinstalling multiple times — same result. The scale is sitting unused because of this broken app. Fix your backend servers and login system ASAP.

2026-07-18	Ra*****	App is not working Anymore. Cannot login no matter how many times I try to uninstall and install, always shows error. Also the support part doesn't work, after filling all the information in support section, we cannot submit it, shows errors.

2026-07-17	Na*****	I am having actofit ultra max smart watch and download app with qr code in watch "actofit devices". when I try to register with details it shows as "invalid response format from server" when we try with Google then shows error as " An unexpected server error occurred". At last I tried to raise ticket in need help section there also same error as invalid response.

2026-07-14	ro*****	its very difficult to login in into app .. every time it gives error of cannot login.. and tried to raise ticket but there also error populates.. no use of app.. so no use of weighing scale .. its equivalent to just normal weighing scale without any features

I tried with WiFi and mobile data as well, but still not working. Please resolve it at earliest. Thank you
