Activiti Pro is the sport-health innovation in business labeled by the Public Health Competitiveness Center Eurobiomed (eurobiomed.org)

The application offers personalized physical activity programs according to the profession, place of work, state of form, taste or aversion for the sport of the users.

The recommended sessions are designed by the scientific and medical profession. Supported by an algorithm, they do not replace human support but reinforce it.

Feelings and individual satisfaction are at the heart of the system. The user expresses it after each session from the mobile application. The information collected promotes the adaptation of sports programs to the state of form of the user who can interact with his supervisor.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners and recalcitrants, Activiti Pro is based on the technology and monitoring methods of the greatest champions.

HOW ACTIVITI PRO WORKS

For the client organization

Access to the application assumes that the establishment on which the individual depends (company, community, public establishment) has taken out a subscription license to Activiti Pro.
The organization appoints one or more supervisors (sports coaches, APA teachers, occupational physicians, internal ambassadors, etc.) responsible for supervising physical activity programs from the Activiti Pro IT platform.
The organization has the possibility of ordering content specifically created for it by the scientific team of Activiti Pro.

For the user

As soon as he expresses the request, the user receives his identification codes then defines a secure password. He decides whether his registration is anonymous (by default) or not.
The user is offered physical activity sessions based on several criteria: date, time, place, level, difficulty, state of form, with or without supervision, individual or collective practice...
He validates his schedule and previews the content of his future sessions (videos, motion design, diagrams, etc.).
After each session, the user reports on their fatigue (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and the satisfaction experienced via a questionnaire integrated into the application.
If necessary, he locates any discomfort or pain felt.
The supervisor helped by the algorithm readjusts the workload: a new personal program is generated.
