Im having LOTS of issues and not getting any help. I've done what you told me to do and now have lost EVERYTHING!!!! I have spent hours and lots of money to get where I was. Now this BS game keeps locking up, won't let me move stuff around, has "lost" my original game, and keeps having issues even after reinstalling numerous times. Im heartbroken because this was my favorite game ever. 😢😢😢

I have played this game for years have bought all the characters when they become available and everything is gone with this update. I can't enter the game without it sending me to update but there is nothing there.mi uninstalled and reinstalled and it started me on lvl 1 like I just started. I sent an email.

This game has a fail grade eversince Amicoa took over every update comes with endless problem. They have no clue how to solve technical difficulties. Best game is FAMILY ISLAND in 10 years NOT ONE UPDATE PROBLEM. Cartoon graphics and animation fantastic. YOU people have no clue in what you are doing!!!
