The app no longer runs on my device. It keeps crashing and tech support has given up on trying to fix the issue. I have a 2021 Motorola Edge. I was able to connect to my account on a much older device without issues even if it ran slow. I think there is a major glitch with the app. Tech Support only stated I needed to upgrade my device. How new of a device does a person need?

Still having issues.. says has bug?? Says clear cache.. still doesnt help.. Always has issues that never get resolved. Only cares about the money they can make. 😠 Otherwise a very cute and fun game when everything is working right. And never listen/reads your concern. Probably using AI to respond to here and through email cause they never answer your questions right. I've been playing everyday since October 2020, again cause its cute but issues haven't been fixed since soon after that.

Pretty fun (sometimes). Usually WAY more aggravating than it is fun. I've been playing for years so I can look past the HUGE paywall they try to strong arm you with. But now for the last 3 days it crashes every time I select "collector" in the bottom left and the Crafting Station screen is all messed up. Black bars and incomplete graphics... for 3 days. I've restarted and updated but still there. Been playing for years, this might be the last straw for installation. too much aggravation.
