About Activate Brain & Body

We combine strength, balance, and cardio exercise with cognitive “dual‑task” brain training and exergaming to support memory, attention, reaction time, and fall prevention. Every member completes a detailed cognitive and physical assessment, receives a personalized program, and is reassessed regularly to track progress.
