Still not working for me. Given the 5 month delay in responding to this review and the lack of response from the support team over that time, despite several requests, I wont be chasing them up. I also WONT be recomending Action Step to other lawyers. The ball is in your court to contact me. A bit clunky but useful. However the app stopped working in mid February for no obvious reason. AS says the problem is with the "dev team" but nothing seems to be hapoening. Uninstalled.
