Very unreliable. Impossible to fill out your timecard. roster always says pending . notifications for shift cancellations come out at the last minute, like 11pm at night for an early morning start. You cant put days off or holiday's into the app. It's actually pretty useless

The app does not work. It doesn't send the one time password. The tech support is also completely useless. Just get them to text the roster to you instead.
