2023-11-24	Ab*****	Surprisingly Great App for Custom Workouts Overall, the library of exercises on this app is geared toward strength training with bands. It has a pretty extensive exercise list. But what's cool about it is that you can create your own exercises and upload a picture. I did this with pictures that were formatted in a wide variety of ways, and they all uploaded well! It also has places where you can capture a longer description and insert notes. It's pretty intuitive, too!
