Unstable connectivity and pairing with Monster speakers, causing frequent disconnections and the need to reconnect.
Poor UI/UX: plain interface, hidden touch areas, and controls overlapped by Android navigation bar, making it hard to access equalizer/lighting.
Frequent crashes and general stability issues (force closes, app crashes, errors).
Limited device compatibility: doesn't support all Monster items (e.g., Shock Plus, Rambler, Sparkle, Adventure Max).

Recent reviews

If you don't interact with it every three minutes, it just disconnects. you can barely get through two songs, and then you have to restart it.And reconnect. if you're listening to a radio station and you listen to it for a few minutes and want to change the channel, you have to restart the app and reconnect. honestly, with the name like monster attached to it.You would think it would be a little better but it seems like everything else not very concerned with their customers Experience.
