2023-07-10	De*****	6/10 - As of yesterday, my phone is saying that the Ackerman App has a virus. This was not the case prior to your newest update. It's being recommended that I remove the App. 7/10 Update: still having issues with the App. Now it won't open, which is frustrating, so I can't arm or disarm from my phone.

2023-06-06	Ja*****	The worst app I've ever used. It just doesn't work. It doesn't capture video and unable to view live video. If zero stats was an option that would be my rating. Now you have to sign in every time you get a notification. The app doesn't work well enough to have to keep signing in.

2022-12-08	Sa*****	12/8: latest update just installed. Now unable to access camera, app crashes when trying to view camera real time. Update: latest release appears to have fixed the issue. Previous update: Latest update seems to have made things worse. It shows the system disarmed when it is really armed. Also, will not allow me to arm. Something broke with the last update.

2022-12-07	Mo*****	Doorbell camera helped a few times. When someone rings the bell it has stopped coming to our phones and has never rings outloud in the house so no one knows there is someone at the door. Now the app only works on one device at a time. Glass break sensor goes off randomly but nothing is happening. customer service is nice. We have been told something would be done at no charge then a few days later see a fee taken out of our acct.
